3.Price and Delivery

3 a) Orders

All the articles’ prices available in the website are inclusive of V.A.T (where applicable) at the current rate and are quoted in USD. Wherever prices are shown in any other currency, these prices will have been converted and approximated, subject to fluctuation of the currencies in play at the time of the Article entry. Currency rules are regularly updated, but may not reflect daily rates.

At the time of purchase, VAT will be deducted from the subtotal if the delivery address stated is outside of Lebanon.

 Delivery outside of Lebanon may be subject to import taxes locally in place. Sugarplumoutlet.com does not reflect and is not liable for additional expenses, delays, or any penalty incurred by the shipment upon entry in foreign countries.

 We seek to deliver your chosen Articles to the place and person that you choose, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Lebanon and overseas orders are shipped by DHL for a speedy delivery. For all other countries, see table below.

 We will insure all orders while in transit, until it is delivered to you. If you want to track your package, please email us at support@sugarplumoutlet.com and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the DHL website - www.dhl.com

 3 b) Delivery :

 Delivery is not possible on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank holiday.

Orders are not dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
On occasions delivery may take longer than the times given here, unfortunately this will be due to reasons beyond our control

Standard Local Delivery

Delivery will take between 2-3 days of dispatch.
If you are unable to accept your delivery you will be left a card explaining that delivery has been attempted. Kindly contact us on orders@sugarplumoutlet.com for follow up .

International Orders

Delivery will take up to 10 working days
International orders may incur extra charges that we have no control over.
We are not able to deliver to all international countries, please see the list below for countries that we can deliver to….

Sugarplumoutlet.com cannot be responsible for any loss or disappointment caused by delays in the delivery time. In order to prevent this kind of problem, please order from sugarplumoutlet.com before enough time. If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

All new orders are treated individually and considered separate.

 You can ship Articles from Sugarplumoutlet.com to any address, it being your billing address or other, such as when sending gifts to friends. See Credit Card section for more information about security features.

As Sugarplum outlet online purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

 Please note that your use of this website or any purchase by you of any item from Sugarplumoutlet.com is governed by Lebanese law and that you abide to the exclusive authority of the Lebanese courts.

3 c) Returns
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full return or exchange as per the below terms.

Articles purchased from Sugarplumoutlet.comat full price are returnable/ exchangeable within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in new, unwashed condition and still have the original tags and labels and packaging. We will refund the amount of the item less shipping and handling.  Please allow 30 days for returns processing.  

You must notify us within 48 hours after receipt of your order if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, incorrect or damaged.

Please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us (on the details below) within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will issue you with a Returns Number.
  • Detail the Returns Number on your receipt, and enclose with the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Your items must be shipped to us using our DHL carrier. Visit www.dhl.com for global contact details.
  • In order to arrange your DHL shipment, please use the DHL Airway Bill found enclosed with your purchase. All of the details on this Airway Bill will already be filled in, simply sign and date the slip appropriately.
  • The shipping charges you will incur through returning a package are detailed in USD $
  • We can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred.
With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.

PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Sugar Plum outlet is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative when you contact us for an RN.

 OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused and with all Sugar plum outlet and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, marked or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

EXCLUSION

Items won in our Giveaways are non-exchangeable.

Items purchased using any discounts are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

LATE RETURNS

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Sugar plum Outlet and may only be refunded as a store credit.

We are not responsible for product returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Failure to return a product within the applicable return period (14 days) will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
